The hotel rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable, although the twin beds were very close together and could've done with a bit more room. The service was not very helpful, and it took ages to check in despite no queue. The location was good with a direct line to both the Messe and Frankfurt Main. The dining experience was good with a variety of options. The facilities overall were convenient, with dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and a welcome drink available.
